Cancellations

If you need to cancel our appointment, please call me at least 24-hours in advance. Full payment will be expected for appointments canceled with less than 24-hours notice. Exceptions will be made for emergencies or illnesses only.

Arriving Late

If you arrive late for a massage, we will use the remainder of your scheduled time, but you will be expected to pay for a full session.

Confidentiality

Your files and anything that you disclose to me in session will be kept strictly confidential. No personal information will be released without your written consent or a legal subpoena.

Scope of Practice

As a certified massage therapist, I am not qualified to diagnose or make claims to treat medical conditions. Therapeutic massage and bodywork are wonderful compliments to traditional medical care; however, they are not a substitute. If a need is recognized, I will be happy to refer you to an appropriate health care professional.

Cleanliness

Cleanliness plays an important role in maintaining a mutually respectful environment. Please arrive for your massage with a clean body and I will show you the same courtesy.
